The Johnny Cash Roadshow celebrates the life of the iconic Johnny Cash with fans who have adored the legend and may not have seen him in concert. The legend lives on in the roadshow. Cash is known as one of the most influential musicians of the 20th century.

He sold over 90 million records worldwide and has been inducted into the Gospel Music, Country Music and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

“I Walk the Line,” “Ring of Fire” and “Folsom Prison Blues” are just three of the icon’s most famous songs.

The Johnny Cash Roadshow aims to bring the works of Johnny Cash back to the stage. The Roadshow is performed at festivals across the world, with years of work and development going into the celebration. Clive John plays the role of Johnny Cash, the “Man in Black.”

The show is one that Cash himself would be proud to see.

A full live band is included in the show, along with the famous Carter Sisters. Narration and visuals are also part of the show and bring the music journey of the Man in Black to the stage.

The Roadshow is working on transforming the show for future audiences. The group deems the show as an “evolution,” noting that it’s ever-changing. The future holds new partners for the production and will bring the show abroad. The Roadshow has secured venues in Scandinavia, UK and Western Europe.

Clive also performs the classic duet with “June Carter” on stage when performing songs, such as “Jackson.” He goes through an array of songs during the show, including many gospel songs, rock and roll tunes, and tracks from other genres. It’s a blast from the past with crowds always jumping to their feet when they hear “Ring of Fire” and other classics from Cash’s vast array of songs.

The Johnny Cash Roadshow’s 2017 tour includes shows in Liverpool, Dubin and across the UK. There are numerous shows going on through the end of the year. Shows have already been planned out well into 2018 and 2019.

Amanda Stone plays the role of June Carter, Cash’s eventual wife, during the show. She is an award-winning vocalist who has been singing in the UK for over 23 years. She is an integral part of the show, depicting the fun, sassy nature that June Carter Cash was known for during her career.
